Paddington House
A very compact site, with a compact proposal. A fantastic site ready for redevelopment, in one of Sydney's key suburbs. Very run down, but full of character, the 1920's cottage received a major make over to the Living Area, and a couple of Bedrooms on top at the rear of the dwelling. A beautiful result, that maintains all the charm of the old cottage, with new Kitchen, Bathrooms, Bedrooms and Balconies. It also received a new rear Courtyard, renovated Garage, new Laundry, and new services throughout. Everything is new again.
Corydon Park House

A beautiful true Federation house, on a leafy street in Croydon Park Sydney. The house had some previous additions, which no longer suited their needs, so with a view to removing the old unfriendly portion of the house, the new portion latched on, to became a coherent whole.
A great improvement to an already reasonable house, is a good result. The house can now flow, and the owners can now happily share the varied spaces.
